2012 TRUTH OFF-SEASON TRAINING· February 13 - March 29

*** Lancaster High School Indoor Practice Facility, 200 E. Wintergreen Road, Lancaster, TX 75134***

***The building is on the South end of the football field.·***

The TRUTH off-season training program is geared towards allowing our current and aspiring TRUTH·players as well as other athletes, including adults, to stay and/or get in shape mentally and physically as well as enhance position specific skills. We will emphasize a focus on speed, agility, core strength and endurance training.

Two Sessions per week 7:30 to 9:30 pm on Mondays and Thursdays

Open to all Boys & Girls Ages 5-18.  Not required for TRUTH Athletes but highly recommended.

Training cost is $30 per week for kids.

Will also offer Zumba for Ladies and modified training for Men at $10 per session.

The 2012 Truth Track Club is about to begin.

Registration is now open for Boys & Girls Ages 6-18 .

We will participate in 8-10 of the most competitive local meets May-June.

Prime Time Association is reaching another milestone towards the opening of Prime Prep Academy.· There will be two Town Hall meetings / information sessions this week

Tuesday 2/21(tomorrow) at 4400 Panola Ave, Fort Worth

&

Thursday 2/23 at 330 Ann Arbor, Dallas

As a result Baseball Practice is cancelled for Tuesday 2/21

Next Practice: Friday 2/24 @ 6:30pm
